*If you would like to be invoiced for the payment please select Yes and close to exit the PayPal payment window that will open after submission of form* A check payment will be required if you chose not to pay VIA PayPal. Checks should be made to The Kentucky Aviation Association and mail to PO Box 194 Frankfort, KY 40602.

Cancellation: Only cancellations received in writing by 5:00 p.m. CST on October 1, 2024 will be refunded, less $50 handling fee. No refunds will be issued after this date.

An additional $50 fee will be added for ALL on-site registrations

Registration Fees & Payment Information

Pre-registration is recommended and will help us in planning and preparing a better conference. If you pre-register, your name tag and program packet will be ready when you arrive at the hotel. The fee is $200.

NOTE: Online registration will be available until 5:00 p.m. EST, October 18, 2024. After this date, please plan to register on-site at the Conference Center.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. If paying by check or money order, you may register online and then mail your payment. The registration fee covers conference handouts, break refreshments, Wednesday and Thursday evening activities, including the awards banquet.
